    TT Series High Efficient Ceramic Vacuum Filter 24m3 For Separate Mine Slurry

     

    The disc filter is a continuous vacuum filtration device for extracting the slurry in the production of phosphoric acid to separate the phosphoric acid from the phosphogypsum. It can also be used in the industrial sectors such as metallurgy, light industry and national defense.

    It is driven by a motor through a V-belt, a circular worm gear reducer, and is driven by a pair of star wheels and a blunt pin wheel on the ring wheel to drive the ring carousel horizontally. A plurality of trapezoidal vacuum and U-shaped tube filter discs are mounted on the ring-shaped turntable, all made of high-grade acid-resistant stainless steel material, and connected with an acid-resistant rubber tube to the distribution head that rotates synchronously with the center-mounted turntable. The dispensing head is made of acid-resistant stainless steel. The casting is manufactured with a suction filter at the bottom that can be connected to the vacuum system. One cycle of each filter disc will complete the cycle of initial filtration, one wash, two washes (including acid absorption), reverse blowback slag discharge, filter cloth rinsing and suction dry reset. The flipping action of the filter disc is accomplished by a curved fork mounted on a V-shaped fork and roller mounted on the filter disc shaft.
    Application Field:
    Filtration and dewatering of fine particulate materials in mining metal mines, non-metallic minerals, environmentally friendly sludge, cement, building materials and other industries.
