Ceramic Vacuum Filter has been widely used in copper, iron, gold, silver, tin, aluminum, lead, zinc, nickel, palladium, cobalt, molybdenum, aluminum, phosphorus, coal, sulfur, silicon, quartz, mica, rare earth concentrate, tailings dewatering, Zinc Oxide, chemical industry lead oxide, zinc sulfide, electro slag, leaching slag, slag cement dehydration and environmental pollution as well as waste acid treatment.
The fineness of materials is from -200 to -450 and a variety of superfine materials.
Working principle
Working of special ceramic filter is based on the principle of the micron pores. Which takes the ceramics with micron pores as the filtering medium, by utilizing the solid liquid separating device designed by adopting the principle of capillary function owe to their big quantity of the micron pores and the round disk filter working under negative pressure, making use of the special feature of the micron pores ceramic plate through which the water can go and air can not pass vacuuming the inner chamber of the ceramic plate and establish the press difference with the outside of the plate, and the suspending material and be absorbed on the ceramic plate under the negative pressure while the solid material stay on the surface of the plate because they can not go through the micron pores cermic plate, and because of the existing of the vacuum pressure difference and the hydrophilicity of the ceramic plate, the liquid can be discharged or rcycled by passing through the plate and entering the gas-liquid districution device(vacuum drum) and thus achieve the goal of the solid-liquid separating.
One Operating circle of the rotating parts(ceramic plate) can be divided into four sections: Slurry section, drying section, material discharge section, cleaning, and these four sections cycling continously during the running of the filter.
